Who would benefit from having a session of M.T.?

young, old, men, women and even children. The technique is very relaxing and allows you space to connect back with yourself. A little like a feather lined nest for you to sit in and relax. We often do not take time to reflect on where we are and where we would like to go.

People have said "it is like you have had your windows cleaned and can now see clearer". It helps you to focus on what you truly want rather than following the tide because it is easier! You don't have to talk during a session and people often fall asleep or become deeply relaxed. The technique allows you to let go of patterns that are no longer useful whether you talk or not.

Each of us has natural abilities that we can connect with, given the right environment. The practitioner provides that space. The technique offers a unique approach to handling personal issues, whether they are physical, mental or emotional. These matters will influence how we are able to respond to events in everyday life.
